Description:Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and
provide technical support via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot
technical issues with solar systems and provide solutions to
customersDocument all customer interactions and technical issues in
our CRM systemWork closely with our installation and maintenance
teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issuesCollaborate
with cross-functional teams to improve the customer
experienceContinuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest
solar technologies and trendsRequirements:Qualifications:Minimum of
2 years of technical support experience, preferably in the solar or
renewable energy industryStrong technical aptitude and ability to
troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent communication and
customer service skillsAbility to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM
software and ticketing systemsBachelor's degree in a related field
is preferred, but not requiredThis is not a remote
