ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose:The Concur System Analyst will oversee the monitoring, auditing, and maintenance of the company's SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform which also includes integration with Bank of America Corporate Credit Cards. This role involves providing various levels of support, guiding teammates, and serving as a point of escalation for Concur-related issues. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with management to address and determine the root cause of non-compliant expense reports. As the subject-matter expert (SME) for the Concur Travel & Expense System, this position will ensure all support functions are aligned as needed. Key Responsibilities:Configure and administer Concur Expense system including but not limited to user administration, imports/exports, policies, expense groups, forms, workflows, audit rules and integration with SAP to meet SCAH business needsAssist with report generation, system reconciliations, and Concur customer support as neededProvide Concur platform expertise, including features for Travel, Expense, and Mobile, and guide teammates on company Travel & Expense reimbursement policies.Manage and ensure complete integration of Bank of America credit card transactions into Concur Expense SystemTroubleshooting and resolution of user technical issuesIdentify process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiativesRecommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasksManage Concur audit rules to ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation captureEnsures system audit rules, reminders, monthly reports and system settings are operating correctly, and teammate data is updated accuratelyConduct expense report transaction and records reviews, effectively document findings, and assist in identifying and following up on remediation activities to address such findings, including escalating compliance issues for management reviewCommunicate with management about policy compliance and serve as the primary contact for Concur-related inquiriesOversee setup for new Concur users ensuring proper Travel & Expense Reimnbursement policy training has been completed Provide Concur System Training to current and new teammates as neededLead annual Travel & Expense Reimbursement policy refresher training for organizationPerform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties when assigned QualificationsTotal education, vocational training, and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience preferred.2+ years' experience working as a Concur subject matter expert preferred.Possess strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to communicate and work with Senior and Executive level management regarding policy compliance issues.Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.Must be able to problem-solve independently or collaboratively with various personnel.Requires self-starter and multi-tasker qualities.Ability to complete tasks efficiently in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment.
