Introducing a new Tribal Chief Medical Officer opportunity in Southern Oregon. Enjoy an intensive orientation process for the first 3 months on the job. After the orientation is complete you will start seeing patients for one day per week and utilizing the 4 other days of the week for administrative duties. In this role you will always be providing direct patient care and after the first year of employment you should be able to focus on patient care for 2 days per week. This structure allows you to have your finger on the pulse of what our providers experience on a day-to-day basis so you can help improve processes and impact patient lives directly. You must have a passion for the underserved and commitment to the process involved with impacting change. 300+ Days of Sunshine / 3 Days Admin / 2 Days Clinical / 42 Paid Days Off Per Year Clinical Details:

• Chief Medical Officer - Tribal Health
  • Direct Collaboration with Tribal Council
  • Relocation, Sign On, and Retention Bonuses
  • Direct Patient Care/Integrative Team Approach
    • 3 NPs & 1 Physician
    • Primary/Dedicated MA
    • Specialty Providers rotate through as needed.
    • Bread and Butter Primary Care
      • Up to 3 Full Dedicated Days of Admin
      • 2 days of Clinic: Average 14 patients per day
      • Youth and Family Guidance Center/Behavioral Health Clinic
      • MUST Provide Culturally Appropriate Care
      • M-F, 7:00AM - 4:30PM, No Nights or Weekends
      • Monthly Call Rotation: Triaged by Nursing
