Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our
customers and helping them troubleshoot any issues they may be
experiencing with their solar systems. You will play a critical
role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with their solar
systems and the services we provide.Responsibilities:Respond to
customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and
chat.Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our
CRM systemWork closely with our installation and maintenance teams
to ensure prompt resolution of technical issuesCollaborate with
cross-functional teams to improve the customer experienceExperience
in the solar or renewable energy field, preferred but not
