About the Role: Full-Time Sous ChefThe Sous Chef plays a crucial
role in the culinary operations at Ashland Hills F&B, ensuring
that our fine dining experience meets the highest standards of
quality and creativity. This position involves collaborating
closely with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus that
highlight Italian cuisine while adhering to seasonal availability
and customer preferences. The Sous Chef will oversee food
preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are executed
flawlessly and in accordance with our hygiene and safety standards.
Additionally, this role includes training and mentoring kitchen
staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ultimately, the Sous Chef is responsible for maintaining the
kitchen's operational excellence and contributing to the overall
success of our dining establishment.Minimum Qualifications:
Compensation details: 24-26 Hourly Wage
