Job Description:
Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a
travel job in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Job Description &
Requirements
Shift: 10-Hour Days, 4x per week (including some Saturdays)
Typical shifts: 07:45 AM - 06:15 PM or 08:45 AM - 07:15 PM
(depending on location)
Start Date: 5/5
Position: Retail Pharmacist
Locations:
On-campus outpatient pharmacy
Off-site location: 5 miles from the hospital (includes a
drive-through)
Grocery store pharmacy: 3 miles away from the hospital
Schedule:
Scheduled in advance for a couple of weeks at a time
Preferably a 13-week or longer commitment
Cancellation Policy:
12 weeks or less: Can cancel 1 shift or up to 8, 9, 10, or 12
hours
13 to 18 weeks: Can cancel 2 shifts or up to 16, 18, 20, or 24
hours
19 weeks or more: Can cancel 3 shifts or up to 24, 27, 30, or 36
hours
Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient
EMR
BSN Required: No
License Required: Yes
Trauma Level: 3
Care Setting: Post Acute
Shift Notes: 10-hour shifts, 4x per week, including Saturdays
Required Certifications: BLS
