  • The Nursing Professional Development Specialist (PDS) supports the continuous growth and competency of clinical staff through the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality education, training, and clinical practice.
  • Role covers service line support at ATRMC, ARRMC, and AACH.

    • RN licensure required
    • BLS certification required
    • At least three years of labor & delivery and family newborn experience required
    • Previous experience in education preferred
    • BSN required
    • ACLS preferred
    • IFM preferred
    • RNC-OB preferred
