This role will also collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and support staff to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.The ICU is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with 70 state-of-the-art rooms. The unit is designed to care for the most critically ill patients, supported by advanced technology and a team of exceptional MDs, RNs, and techs. The ICU RN Supervisor will play a key role in guiding a team of passionate professionals in a supportive, high-energy setting.The ICU RN Supervisor will focus on clinical leadership and team support. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, and provide guidance to staff on complex patient cases.
