Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:00 - 18:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year required, 2 years preferred License: OR license, can submit with it pending Certifications: EPIC required Must-Have: AWHONN ratios Job Description: - Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a short-term acute care facility. - Orientation provided for 40 hours. - Must be willing to float between units and affiliate hospitals as needed. - On-call required for low census periods. - Weekend work required, every other weekend or as needed to fill scheduling gaps. - Scrub color flexible for RN/Allied roles; scrubs provided for specific departments. - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays. - Candidates will complete required modules pre-start, self-reported and non-billable average of 16 hours. - Background policy must be adhered to, and supervisory references covering a year within the last three years are required. - Travelers must be flexible with scheduling and requests for time off must be made upfront. - Return staff policy requires a 3-month gap between permanent and travel roles. Please note that all travelers are expected to float within the given state across all affiliated facilities. Lack of compliance may affect guaranteed hours.
