Resources Officer (CHRO) and will lead a dedicated team of
compensation, benefits, and HRIS professionals. This role will
collaborate closely with senior leadership, including vice

rewards strategies with organizational goals. The Hospital Total
Rewards Director will also work cross-functionally with finance,
operations, and clinical leaders to ensure programs are both
impactful and sustainable.The Hospital Total Rewards Director will
oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive rewards
programs that serve a diverse and dedicated workforce. This role
will work alongside exceptional HR professionals, data analysts,
and benefits specialists to create programs that enhance employee
