Asante has an opportunity for a Psychiatrist to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Behavioral Health Unit. In this role you will provide medical/psychiatric care for patients within Mental Health Services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team. Position is a mix of inpatient and outpatient Psychiatry.

- Base compensation of $225,000 per year

- Performance bonus incentives of up to 16% of base

Education: Graduate of a medical school with completion of residency training in psychiatry and board eligibility required.

License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME) required, Oregon board certification in Psychiatry preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by American Heart Association required.

Experience: Clinical experience in hospital and community psychiatry residency program is required. Ability to address clinical problems by analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting information through the use of creative and critical thinking skills while maintaining the human dignity in those we serve.
