Asante is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient-only Primary Care team in beautiful Southern Oregon. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine. • Year 1 Base salary of $255,000
• Years 2 & beyond Eligible for annual quality performance incentives of up to $40,000
• Additional productivity compensation available based on performance
• $60,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• Stipend available for those in their last year of residency
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours of authorized time off per year
