GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Medford, Oregon.Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: TravelJoin our team in Medford, OR for a 13-week contract, providing home-based care for 20 - 25 cases per week. This role requires a 40-hour commitment per week, with flexibility for patient needs outside standard hours (8am - 5pm).
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  --- Deliver home-based care and complete documentation on the same day of service.
  --- Attend weekly in-person meetings at the office.
  
  Requirements:
  --- Active RN License.
  --- 2 years of home health care experience.
  --- Proficiency in OASIS documentation.
  --- Experience with Homecare Homebase.
  --- BLS Certification.
  --- Continuous employment with no more than a 1 - year gap.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  --- Experience with Oasis E (required after Jan 2023).
  
  Note: Time off must be approved in advance and made up. No on - call requirement.
