Job Description:
Great opportunity for a Nurse case manager seeking a growing,
dynamic, stable, family-oriented organization. Responsibilities
include working with complex members,medicare members,and Oregon
health plan members.Experience needed with Health Plan case
management or managed care coordination,administering the Oregon
Health Plan (Medicaid) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services (Medicare) benefits.A current unrestricted RN license in
the state of Oregon and certification as a certified case manager
preferred.
