ICU Registered Nurse position - On Call/Call Off based on patient
census - Orientation: 16 hours non-billable - Return staff policy:
Must have been gone for 1 year to return as a traveler - COVID-19
and Flu vaccine status: Unknown - Background check policy: Inform
of any background issues such as DUIs prior to submission - Must be
available for lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing - 50
miles travel requirement for travelers; locals accepted at local
rate - Specific charting experience required
