    • Job Requirements
    • Current Oregon state nursing license required.
    • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
    • ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
    • ENPC or PALS certification required within 30 days of hire.
    • NIHSS certification required within 30 days of hire.
    • TNCC certification required within 30 days of hire.
      • Schedule Information
      • D/E/N rotation scheduled in 4 week blocks.
      • Shifts include: 0645 Day, 0945 Mid, 1145 Mid, 1345 Mid, 1845 Night.
      • Must be willing to work any or all shifts as scheduled.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit requires at least 2 days of orientation before start of rotation.
        • Must be willing to work an alternate schedule of 48/24.
          • Additional Details
          • Common diagnoses include CP, COPD, DKA, Trauma, Stroke.
          • Experience in mental health, ETOH, and overdoses preferred.
          • Weekend requirement: every other weekend.
          • Holiday requirement: at least one holiday off.
