Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Variable 3x12-Hour Mid/Night Shifts Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified Experience: 5 Years Required as per Manager License: Valid State License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (All must be AHA certified and in hand at time of application) Must-Have: 2 Years Minimum Experience, Epic Charting Experience Preferred Job Description: - Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in the ER. - Work variable shifts with start times between 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM. - Rotate every other weekend as part of the schedule. - Ensure all nursing care protocols and hospital policies are adhered to. - Collaborate efficiently with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care. - Engage in continuous learning and complete orientation modules. - Be prepared to undergo lab work within 3-5 days of job acceptance. - Demonstrate ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality. Note: COVID-19 and Flu vaccine requirements are currently unknown. Background checks required prior to submission. Return staff must have been gone for a minimum of one year to be eligible.
