Company DescriptionMountain View Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics, sports, and pre/post-surgical rehabilitation. We have two clinics in the community where we are dedicated to helping patients reach their full performance. We pride ourselves on being different. We utilize Integrated Performance Rehab, an approach combining cutting edge technology, manual techniques, and an innovative exercise program. Our therapists treat patients in an open sports concept and focus on working with each patient's goal and getting them back to the things they love to do!Job DescriptionMountain View Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Physical Therapy. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility, as well as focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing the facility and staff development. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and manage a clinic in a friendly environment where your performance will be respected and rewarded.

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital setting
  • Previous supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
  • Previous clinical marketing experience is highly preferred
  • Current state of Oregon license, CPR certification

Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
